Who is eligible for the BHMCT course? +
Candidates who have passed 12th standard are eligible (maximum age 45 years). Minimum marks: 45% for General & OBC, and 40% for SC/ST.
What is the fee structure? +
Tuition fee is ₹65,000 per year. Hostel charges, including food and accommodation, are ₹57,000 per year.
Is the degree recognised by the government? +
Yes. The BHMCT is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU). SIHM is an initiative of the Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Ltd., Govt. of Gujarat.
Are scholarships available? +
Yes. A 100% tuition fee waiver is offered to SC/ST category students, and OBC scholarships are available as per Government of Gujarat norms.
What about placements? +
SIHM has an 100% placement record, with students securing Internships, On the Job Training (OJT), and final placements at leading hospitality brands such as Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton Garden Inn, Crowne Plaza, Vivanta by Taj, The Leela Palace, and Fairmont.
