The library is equipped with computers which are centrally enabled with Wi-Fi and also with books, journals, newspapers, magazines entirely accessible to the students which will be also providing case studies for understanding the career of Hotel Management in the day to day circumstances.

Food and beverage service training lab with an inspiring learning environment gives hands-on training opportunities to students in learning skill sets required to deliver exemplary food and beverage service experience, in line with the highest standards. Proper Management of Laundry Operations are performed as far as hotel Laundry operations are concerned along with inventory control.
F & B Production Laboratory
Basic training kitchen fully equipped with most ultra-modern catering equipment and appliances. Basic training kitchen is used primarily to introduce the art of cookery to the students. It is the launching pad for newcomers. Familiarity with the art and science of cooking is indeed an essential part of the modern hospitality operations. After mastering the basics, the next move of the students is a specialization in the art of cooking, this kitchen boasts the best of the state of the art equipment and hotel kitchen simulation. Elaborate dishes are prepared here. the cuisines under consideration are regional and international.
Housekeeping Laboratory
Basic housekeeping lab provides the proper demonstration of the Flower arrangement and Bed making procedure with the Towel origami and they also learn the different Public areas cleaning procedure with the effective & efficient utilization of the equipment for it. Students are exposed to the complete operation of the Hotel guest room with the stipulated time
Bakery -Laboratory
SIHM has a well-equipped bakery laboratory where students can master essential bakery skills.
