The Institute is currently offering demand-driven courses in core hospitality operations i.e. Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) which is All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) approved and Gujarat Technical University (GTU) affiliated. Bachelor of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (BHMCT) is a four year intensive programme which exposes the student to the diversity of hospitality industry and equips the student with intellectual & leadership capabilities allowing the student to move into diverse managerial roles in prestigious international organisations. Its multi-disciplinary programme focuses on critical analysis of management styles & strategic thinking required to succeed in hotel management.

Soft skills training are in demanding of its employers, employees and businesses. It helps ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, employers, clients and customers, friends and family members it develops professional skill set required by Industry.


Food Production Training Program

Food Production Training helps students to learn Modern food processing technology food production include toxin removal, preservation, easing marketing and distribution tasks, and increasing food consistency. Modern supermarkets would not exist without modern food processing techniques, and long voyages would not be possible.


Foreign Language Training Program

German and French Language training held at SIHM. As Patan is a heritage place many tourist spot has been introduced. In recent years many foreigners have been arrived to assist foreign travellers. Tourism industry needed to learn foreign language for seeking exceptional and customized service that fits them well.
