  Dhruv Kishore Bole

  HOD-Academics & Adjunct Professor- Food and Beverage Service

  Dhruv Kishore Bole takes on the role of Head of Academics (HOD) and Senior Faculty specializing in Food and Beverage Service. He possesses an MBA in Hotel Management and holds credentials as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). He is certified as an auditor for FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Management System) and ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System). He possesses expertise in HACCP and CGMP, and he holds FSSAI certification in food safety competencies. Furthermore, he holds certification in Six Sigma and is recognized as a Certified Guest Service Professional. In addition, he is certified in Revenue Management (CGSP) and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. He's also certified in Responsible Alcohol Service and serves as Proctor & Instructor for ServSafe within the India Region. He has written multiple articles for renowned international publishers - Apple Academic Press, Routledge (Taylor and Francis), Springer Nature (Palgrave McMillan), Wiley-Scrivener and IGI Global.

  Mr. Ajaya Kumar Sahoo

  Adjunct Professor-Food Production & Bakery and Patisserie

  Mr. Ajaya Kumar Sahoo is a distinguished hospitality educator with over 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry and academic administration. He began his career with leading hotels, including Hotel Ambassador Pallava, Chennai, and Taj Bengal, Kolkata, before joining the Food Craft Institute, Aligarh, as Assistant Lecturer in 1989. Since 1999, he has been serving at IHM Ahmedabad, contributing significantly to culinary education, curriculum development, and institutional leadership.
  He holds a Master’s in Tourism Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Bhubaneswar. An École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Switzerland-certified Qualified Learning Facilitator and winner of the All India Chef Competition (2004), Mr. Sahoo has also served as Principal In-Charge of IHM Ahmedabad. He is widely respected for his academic leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to mentoring future hospitality professionals.

  Vidushi Panwar being a young, passionate and driven individual, is holding on the role as Assistant professor for Front office and Hospitality communication . Recently qualified NHTET (National Hospitality Teachers eligibility Test), she has completed her Bsc in hotel management from AIHM Chandigarh and Msc from IHM PUSA, Delhi.

  Keya Upadhyay completed her Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology with first-class distinction, securing a position among the top three in her batch. She is also an alumna of State Institute of Hotel Management. She holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management.She gained international hospitality exposure through her internship at Eastin Hotel Penang, Malaysia. She worked as a Guest Service Associate with The Oberoi Group at Trident Chennai. She has also worked as an intern with Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited and gained experience in the travel sector with Tibro Tours. She has qualified the UGC NET examination for Assistant Professor and has published research papers in peer-reviewed journals. At the institute, she is currently engaged in teaching Room Division Management.

With over a decade of hands-on experience, he brings great energy to teaching French, Reasoning, and competitive Mathematics. He is also the proud author of the book Rapid Vedic Mathematics. To broaden his educational impact, Mr. Patel organizes and conducts contests for school students across India. He also bridges the gap between academia and industry by offering internships and training programs that connect college students with real-world opportunities. Beyond the field of education, he is active in the healthcare sector, where he leads a pharmaceutical and nutraceutical export business.

He has successfully coordinated school activities, including sports and scout camps, demonstrating his dedication to holistic student development.
