  Prof. (Dr.) Sagar H. Mohite

  Principal

  Dr. Sagar H. Mohite has 18 years teaching and research experience in the field of Hospitality Management and Tourism and served in different Hospitality Colleges since 2006. He has served as Principal and Director at Hotel management Colleges in Mumbai & Aurangabad. He was awarded a Ph.D. degree by Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur in 2015. Dr. Sagar H. Mohite is appointed as Referee for Ph.D. examination at The Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, & Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune .He is recognised as Guide at Bharati Vidyapeeth & MGM University.
  
  Dr. Sagar H. Mohite is associated with Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) as an Academic Counselor since Sept. 2020 and has published various research papers in reputed International & Indian research journals in UGC Care Group – I lists under SCOPUS, Google Scholar and has been a part of various workshops and seminars conducted all over Maharashtra. He has published various Hospitality & Management related books and holds active membership on Indian Tourism and Hospitality Congress(ITHC since 2016 onwards) also at All India Council for Technical Skill Development from July 2020 onwards. He is a member of the Board of Studies in HM College at Karad. He is a certified Barsmart & Barstarts professional from Pernod Ricard, USA from July 2020.
  
  Dr. Sagar H. Mohite is a part of the core committee of syllabus and curriculum design for Ajinkya D. Y. Patil School of Hotel Management , Pune and Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Pune He is an active member of Advisory board, Editorial Board Member, Associate editor of International Research Journals of India, International Journal of Commerce and Management Research, Association of Academic Researchers and Faculties (AARF); International Research Journal of Human Resources and Social Sciences (IRJHRSS), International Academic Research Association (IARA). He is a mentor for MTTM students as IGNOU.

  Dr. Subhashish Aditya Mishra

  Vice Principal & Associate Professor-Food and Beverage

  With an M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Hotel Management, he possesses over 18 years of experience spanning both the hospitality industry and academia. He holds a distinguished position as a life member of the Indian Hotel and Tourism Congress, and he actively contributes as a resource person for Faculty Development Programs and workshops aimed at enhancing skills in hospitality and tourism. His academic contributions extend to publishing over 6 research papers in international journals listed under UGC Care, along with 10 research papers in nationally peer-reviewed journals. Furthermore, he has made significant contributions to edited book chapters and has participated in more than 10 Faculty Development Programs, showcasing his commitment to knowledge dissemination and professional growth.

  Dhruv Kishore Bole

  HOD-Academics & Adjunct Professor- Food and Beverage Service

  Dhruv Kishore Bole takes on the role of Head of Academics (HOD) and Senior Faculty specializing in Food and Beverage Service. He possesses an MBA in Hotel Management and holds credentials as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). He is certified as an auditor for FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Management System) and ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System). He possesses expertise in HACCP and CGMP, and he holds FSSAI certification in food safety competencies. Furthermore, he holds certification in Six Sigma and is recognized as a Certified Guest Service Professional. In addition, he is certified in Revenue Management (CGSP) and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. He's also certified in Responsible Alcohol Service and serves as Proctor & Instructor for ServSafe within the India Region. He has written multiple articles for renowned international publishers - Apple Academic Press, Routledge (Taylor and Francis), Springer Nature (Palgrave McMillan), Wiley-Scrivener and IGI Global.

  Manjurhusain Sunasara

  Assistant Professor – Food Production

  Manjurhusain Sunasara is an Assistant Professor specializing in Food Production. He holds an M.Sc. in Catering Science and Hotel Management as well as a B.Sc. in Catering Science and Hotel Management. With 6 years of professional experience in the food production industry as a seasoned chef, Mr. Husain has honed his skills in various distinguished hotels across India. In addition to his industry experience, he has 7 years of academic experience, bringing his dynamic approach to make the subject of Food Production engaging and enjoyable for students.

  Rishi Raj Singh Chauhan

  Assistant Professor- Tourism & House Keeping

  Rishi Raj Singh Chauhan is an accomplished Assistant Professor with dual expertise in Tourism and Housekeeping. Notably, he also holds the vital position of In-Charge for Skill Development, Training, and Placement. His academic journey began with a B.Sc. in Hotel Management from IIAS Goa, affiliated with Punjab Technical University. He further enriched his credentials with a PGDM, equivalent to an MBA, from IITTM, Bhubaneshwar. Mr. Chauhan's dedication to professional growth is evident through his completion of the "Train the Trainer" Program from Tata Strive and his designation as a licensed guide by the Gujarat State. His industry prowess extends to certifications in Food and Beverage from AHLA. Drawing from over a decade in the industry and 2 years of academic experience, Mr. Chauhan seamlessly blends real-world insights with educational excellence.

  Assistant Professor – Front Office & Tourism

  A seasoned Assistant Professor with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism sector, actively pursuing a Ph.D. in Tourism and Hospitality. Demonstrates a proven track record in crafting and delivering dynamic curriculum, cultivating an enriching learning atmosphere. Possesses in-depth expertise in tourism trends, hospitality operations, and proficiency enhancement initiatives. Exhibits a fervent dedication to Ecotourism, sustainable tourism methodologies, and community involvement. Noteworthy contributions include authorship of numerous research papers and delivery of over 11 presentations at both national and international conferences. Furthermore, adept at mentoring trainees within skill development programs affiliated with the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, and state Tourism.

  Puneet Basson

  Assistant Professor-Food Production

  Prof. Puneet Basson is a hospitality professional with 20 years of experience. Currently pursuing PhD in Hotel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He studied Hotel Management from IHM, Pusa, New Delhi and completed Master in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. He has worked with Radisson MBD Hotel, Café Coffee Day, Ginger Hotel and ISS Integrated Facility Management Services Pvt Ltd. He taught at M. A. Rangoonwala Institute of Hotel Management, Pune and Haribhau Jawale Institute of Hospitality Management & Catering Technology, Jalgaon. He has published 2 and presented 5 research papers in UGC Care Journals and International Conferences, respectively. He is a certified Advance Catering Food Safety trainer with FSSAI, New Delhi.

  Dr. Sandeep R Kapse

  Assistant Professor-Management

  Dr. Sandeep R. Kapse is a postgraduate in Tourism Administration with 18 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality management field. He received his Ph.D. in Tourism Administration in the faculty of Commerce and Management at Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. He is an active member of Research & Consultancy Cell, Dept. of Tourism Administration, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad. He has a wide range of expertise working in administration and academia in esteemed colleges and universities. Additionally, Dr. Sandeep was been appointed by ICSSR on Two major research projects as a Research Officer & Associate.
  Dr. Sandeep R Kapse was associated with MSIHMCT, DrBAMU, YCMOU, MSBTE, Vishwakarma University, Pune and Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj University, Nagpur as Exam Paper Setter/Moderator and Assessor. He was Trainer National University Students Skill Development (NUSSD) Programme run by Tata Institute of Social Science, (TISS) Mumbai. He was invited as a Resource Person for ToT by Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, GoI & Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan, MHRD, GoI. He chaired as a Guest Speaker in several Tourism Events, Wokshops, SDP’s & ToT’s. In addition, Dr. Sandeep was appointed on the Board of Study (BoS) Vishwakarma University, Pune.
  Notably, Dr. Sandeep R. Kapse has authored 13 research papers in UGC Care, Scopus, peer-reviewed journals, and edited books. In addition to that, he has presented 10 research papers at major International and National conferences.

  Vidushi Panwar being a young, passionate and driven individual, is holding on the role as Assistant professor for Front office and Hospitality communication . Recently qualified NHTET (National Hospitality Teachers eligibility Test), she has completed her Bsc in hotel management from AIHM Chandigarh and Msc from IHM PUSA, Delhi.

  Before Joining SIHM Siddhpur ,Mr. Dasgupta has worked as Assistant Professor of Sister Nivedita University, Techno India, Kolkata and also worked with Gandhi Gurukul Group of Institutions ( affiliated to Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal). He has worked with hotel chains like The Samilton, Kolkata ( Manager at Cloud Tavern Bar) , Maravilha Homes Pvt. Ltd. , Kolkata ( as Sr. F & B Executive) , Hotel Neelam Palace MP( as F & B Manager) , Samcon Resort & Hotel Pvt. Ltd. , Kolkata ( as F & B Executive) ,Pipal Tree Hotels Pvt . Ltd. ,Kolkata ( as Captain) , The HHI Kolkata ( as Team Leader). He is an alumnus of Punjab Technical University ( Jalandhar) . Mr. Dasgupta completed MBA in Tourism & Hotel Management from Bharathiar University ( State University at Coimbatore ). He has 10 years blended experience in academics and hotel industry. He has been awarded with Best Employee awards in Hotels at Kolkata.
