He possesses an MBA in Hotel Management and holds credentials as a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). He is certified as an auditor for FSSC 22000 (Food Safety Management System) and ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality Management System). He possesses expertise in HACCP and CGMP, and he holds FSSAI certification in food safety competencies. Furthermore, he holds certification in Six Sigma and is recognized as a Certified Guest Service Professional. In addition, he is certified in Revenue Management (CGSP) and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems. He's also certified in Responsible Alcohol Service and serves as Proctor & Instructor for ServSafe within the India Region. He has written multiple articles for renowned international publishers - Apple Academic Press, Routledge (Taylor and Francis), Springer Nature (Palgrave McMillan), Wiley-Scrivener and IGI Global.

He has worked with Radisson MBD Hotel, Café Coffee Day, Ginger Hotel and ISS Integrated Facility Management Services Pvt Ltd. He taught at M. A. Rangoonwala Institute of Hotel Management, Pune and Haribhau Jawale Institute of Hospitality Management & Catering Technology, Jalgaon. He has published 2 and presented 5 research papers in UGC Care Journals and International Conferences, respectively. He is a certified Advance Catering Food Safety trainer with FSSAI, New Delhi.
